Mi nombre es Javier Surasky.
Tengo un doctorado.en Relaciones Internacionales y coordino el Centro de Inteligencia Artificial y Relaciones Internacionales del Instituto de Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina. Fui director de investigaciones de Cepei entre 2015 y 2024.
Como investigador senior, enfoco mi trabajo en estudios de desarrollo, particularmente en lo impactos de la IA en el campo y en cómo aprovecharla para promover el bienestar y la equidad a nivel global. Mis textos siempre mantienen una perspectiva centrada en mi historia y formación: soy un ciudadano global que habita América Latina y el Caribe.
Global Radar Analytics es un proyecto personal, un espacio donde poder compartir ideas y análisis de los temas sobre los que investigo, y que pretende promover el conocimiento y la participación de los científicos sociales en el mundo digital

My name is Javier Surasky.
I hold a PhD in International Relations and coordinate the Center for Artificial Intelligence and International Relations at the Institute of International Relations, National University of La Plata, Argentina. I previously served as Research Director at Cepei from 2015 to 2024.
As a senior researcher, my work focuses on development studies—particularly on how AI is reshaping the field and how it can be leveraged to promote global well-being and equity. My writing is grounded in my own history and training: I am a global citizen rooted in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Global Radar Analytics is a personal project, a space to share ideas and analyses on the issues I study, and an invitation for social scientists to engage more actively in the digital world.
